MMM is
currently designing this new state-of-the-art occupational and technical
training ground to incorporate the feel of a “corporate headquarters”.
Our design for the two-story structure includes classroom and laboratory
space, a ballroom-sized “flex”, a catering kitchen, and various
support spaces. A loading dock and exterior bay doors will be located at
the rear of the facility to service
the large events planned for the Center. Wide corridors that open the building
to ample natural light and flexible industrial configurations are prominent
design features, as well as an entrance foyer emphasizing the building’s
purpose – training and preparing the professional workforce of the
future.
Innovative design programming will incorporate advanced audio/visual technologies, video teleconferencing capability, generous power availability, and wireless connectivity throughout the building. Additional services include MEP infrastructure, utilities, site work, erosion and sediment control, storm water management, environmental reports, and landscaping.
