Comprehensive professional services were provided to PENTRAN for the master planning of a nine-acre site and full design services for the facility to service a fleet of 117 buses and other agency-owned vehicles. This facility contains surface parking for buses and employee vehicles, a 6,000 SF daily services building, and a 90,000 SF Operations Maintenance and Administrative building. The Administration Facility of the building contained PENTRAN executive offices, boardroom, central computer center, and accounting/administration spaces.

The Operations and Maintenance Building includes 15 vehicle service bays, a small engine repair shop, a machine shop, a body shop, a paint spray booth, central parts storage, tool storage, classrooms, toilets, showers, and an assortment of hydraulic vehicle lifts up to 18 tons. The maintenance area is fully equipped with compressed air, exhaust, waste POL holding and pretreatment tanks, and hydraulic & electrical services. Supporting facilities include industrial waste systems, sanitary sewers, utilities, electrical services, storm water drainage, roads, curbs, parking, gutters, site improvements, landscaping, heating, and air conditioning.
