As Director of Structural Engineering for MMM Design Group, Mr. Jenkins has three decades of experience in the multidiscipline design and project management of bridges, buildings, marine industrial, and waterfront support facilities.

Mr. Jenkins is currently acting as a joint venture principal for the replacement of Pier 5 at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. His recent experience includes leadership roles in A/E indefinite delivery contracts for the Virginia Port Authority, Department of Homeland Security (U.S. Coast Guard), Naval Facilities Engineering Command, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Commerce (NOAA), Virginia Department of Transportation, BAE Systems Ship Repair (Norfolk), Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding (Newport News), as well as annual inspection services for the cities of Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, and Virginia Beach. His bridge inspection and design portfolio features nearly 500 diverse structures, most recently for the new Pinners Point Interchange Bridge (3,600 FT) in Portsmouth and ongoing design services for the replacement of Bridge Street Bridge in Hampton.
