As Chief of Computer Services, Mr. Chapman oversees all IT services and network support activities of the firm at its Norfolk and Charlottesville office locations.

Mr. Chapman has been at the forefront of MMM's technology innovation - from the first computer-aided design work stations in 1978 to the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling), a transformative design software used exclusively on new projects in all disciplines for greater collaboration and information sharing between designers, clients, consultants, and contractors.
