A Vice-President and Senior Structural Engineer, Mr. Schinstock is in charge of MMM's Charlottesville branch office.

Since its establishment in 2000, Mr. Schinstock has continued to expand the capabilities and services of MMM's Central Virginia office, most recently for the engineering design of the Belmont Bridge replacement in the City of Charlottesville. He also serves as Project Manager for an architectural and engineering term contract for the City of Charlottesville as well as for Albemarle County. Mr. Schinstock also plays an active role in construction management services at MMM project sites in central and western Virginia.
