As Chief Civil Engineer, Mr. Castiglioni has over three decades of extensive project management and design experience. He is an accredited sustainable design professional with expertise in "green" engineering techniques.

Mr. Castiglioni's most recent civil engineering projects include the renovation of Town Point Park for the City of Norfolk; the Site Development Master Plan for Earl Industries in Portsmouth; the Church Street Executive Center, a five-acre executive business park in Norfolk; plus numerous site plans, stormwater management, and infrastructure development for a variety of projects and clients throughout Virginia.
