Tom brings more than 30 years of engineering management, business development, environmental compliance, and construction management experience. As Director of Business Development, he is responsible for identifying and developing new clients and opportunities for the firm, and plays an essential role in determining the strategic direction of MMM Design Group.

Tom is a civil engineering graduate of Virginia Military Institute and a master’s of business administration graduate from the College of William and Mary. He also retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Virginia Air National Guard after twenty four years of service in civil engineering and operational assignments.
