Mr. McVey has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in planning, production, and management of new and renovated facilities with a special emphasis on the programming and management of high tech, process-oriented facilities.

Mr. McVey's most recent project activities include the expansion of the Terminal Operations Building (83,449 SF) for APM Terminals in Portsmouth, plus several new construction projects: the Multi-Modal Transit Center (15,400 SF) in Warsaw, the Field Support Center (15,000 SF) for the Virginia Institute of Marine Science at Gloucester Point, the Tunnel Support Facility (18,500 SF) for the Elizabeth River Tunnel Authority, and the C. Davis Rudolf III Crane Maintenance Facility (57,000 SF) at Norfolk International Terminals.
