Mr. Sutton has over two decades of experience in the condition assessment and design of new construction and renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration of existing buildings, with an emphasis on municipal, military, educational, industrial, and commercial projects.

Mr. Sutton's design activities include electrical design support for the award-winning renovation of Norfolk's Town Point Park. He was also the lead electrical engineer for the design of all buildings and support structures (173,000 SF) of the new APM cargo port facility in Portsmouth including the Terminal Operations Building (83,449 SF) and the Vehicle Maintenance Shop facility (40,900 SF).
