As Director of Architecture for MMM Design Group, Mr. Cooke has over three decades of professional experience in architectural planning, design, and project management.

Mr. Cooke's current projects include the design development of eleven light rail stations as part of the new Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) light rail system in Norfolk. In addition, he led the new construction of all buildings and support structures (173,000 SF) for the new APM cargo port facility in Portsmouth, including the Terminal Operations Building (83,449 SF). Other recent projects include the design-build of the U.S. Social Security Administration Building (71,000 SF) in Roanoke for the General Services Administration, the Courthouse and Circuit Courts Study for the City of Hampton, and the 14th and Main Street Parking Garage (481,000 SF) in Richmond for the Virginia Department of General Services.
