For this rehabilitation project, MMM provided evaluation, design, and construction management services in order to renovate and replace the sanitary sewer system within this residential neighborhood.

The project involved the design of various sewer lines constructed in 1920. Because of the age and deterioration of the lines, MMM was called upon to prepare utility designs, property acquisitions, systems design, and “as-built” drawings in order to reduce costly repairs and maintenance problems incurred during 2002.
