MMM provided multi-task services related to the waterfront redevelopment of downtown Norfolk. Waterside, a festival marketplace developed by James Rouse’s Enterprise Development Company, has provided the catalyst for the resurgence of the area’s popularity. Our firm was involved in the engineering aspects of this work since the inception of the improvements program.

> Site and foundation work through the first floor slab for the Waterside Recreation & Entertainment Complex located on reclaimed land where silt infill in original creek beds of the site required unique demucking, deep piles, and innovative footer and foundation configurations.
