Scheduled for completion in 2005, the Freemason Street Garage will provide the City of Norfolk with parking space for 617 vehicles. Presently in construction, the project called for the design of a 255,000 SF parking garage of seven levels. Stair and elevator towers of 95 feet in height will be enclosed in glass and metal cladding, while providing an expansive view of Norfolk. The Freemason Street Garage will blend seamlessly within the surrounding urban environment, while providing convenient access to the retail corridor of MacArthur Center Mall, Granby Street, Tidewater Community College, the Scope, and numerous other downtown venues.
