MMM provided multidiscipline design services in the renovation of this main dining facility at JMU. The scope of services required the complete wall-to-wall demolition of the existing interior of the facility and the remodeling of 24,000 SF. This design created a new and exciting haute cuisine experience on campus.

Following demolition of the interior, the existing foundation, walls, and opening lintels were evaluated for possible load-bearing modifications. The overall scope of services for the project included the following areas and services:

> Kitchen equipment plans
> Location and capacity of kitchen exhaust hoods
> Casework plans and details
> F F & E, interior finishes and elevation
> Reflected ceiling plan, light fixtures, and legend
> Wall coverings
> Finish and color schedule
> Relocation of dishwashing and tray drop area
