During the three years of this renewable annual contract (1996-1999), Baldwin & Gregg participated in five assignments with MMM for various public school projects, which included surveying for the following schools.

> Woodside High School - Performed topographic survey and stakeout services for a new chain link perimeter fence separating the athletic fields from an adjacent railroad.

> Marshall Elementary School - Performed surveying and site plan preparation for a four classroom building addition, including sidewalks, landscaping, and underground utility services.

> Newsome Park Elementary School – Provided design of a bus drivers’ parking lot to serve the adjacent school bus parking facility. The site plan for this new 94-space passenger car lot includes asphalt paving, curbing, sidewalks, landscaping, storm drainage, and a water-quality stormwater management basin. A complete topographic survey of the 20-acre school property was also performed.

> Kiln Creek Elementary School – The parking facilities at this school were expanded to add 31 new spaces. New sidewalks and extensive landscaping were included to simplify pedestrian access and create a visual buffer from the adjacent residential properties.
