MMM Design Group is providing term contract services for master planning and landscape design for the Southeastern Public Service Authority. The scope of services for this contract includes creating and developing landscape plans for gateways and buildings that are site specific. Projects are to be simple, to avoid distracting motorists, and low-maintenance. MMM has provided designs, working drawings, specifications, preliminary construction cost estimates, and construction administration during the course of this contract.

Complete master plan services were provided for various properties, incluging the RDF and Waste-to-Energy Plants in Portsmouth and the Regional Landfill in Suffolk. Services included streetscape improvements, entry signage, flagpoles and planting plans to enhance the plant’s appearance from the street and adjoining neighborhood. The waste energy facility master plan included gateway improvements, as well as streetscape improvements to soften and beautify the plant.
