MMM provided a wide range of survey, planning, and site design services for infrastructure improvements to the Performing Arts Center at Harbor Center. These services included landscape design, lighting, aesthetics, site master planning, roadway and parking lot design, and stormwater regional planning.

Roadway design services included development of horizontal and vertical alignment, drainage, sidewalks, and landscaping for 2,600 LF of roadway as well as traffic analysis, signage, and pavement marking to allow for smooth traffic flow, especially during peak times after an event at the venue. Parking design, including layout, paving, grading, storm water, lighting, and landscaping, was completed for 300 parking spaces at the Port Centre One Commerce Park as were 250 spaces for the VIP parking area.

The landscape design was an integral part of the aesthetics and efficiency of the stormwater detention facility, as plantings were chosen for their appeal as well as their ability to absorb pollutants. Lighting and aesthetic design services included coordination of the lighting and landscaping with the adjacent properties to help blend into the existing environment.
